Taylor Gillespie

Taylor Gillespie is the Director of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) at Palistar Capital. Ms. Gillespie has 7 years of professional experience in ESG and sustainability. Ms. Gillespie’s career has focused on leveraging her consulting background and academic expertise to help firms across diverse industries implement ESG and sustainability best practices. 

Ms. Gillespie was previously an Associate Director at Kyndryl, one of the world’s largest IT services companies, where she was responsible for developing and executing Kyndryl’s global ESG strategy. At Kyndryl, Ms. Gillespie led ESG reporting and disclosure efforts, liaised with deal teams and Investor Relations to support customer and investor requests for ESG information and positioned Kyndryl’s ESG strategy and commitments as a differentiator for Kyndryl’s business. 

Prior to Kyndryl, Ms. Gillespie was a Senior Consultant at IBM where her work focused on digital transformation projects for the Energy and Utilities industry to encourage the sustainable use of resources. 

Ms. Gillespie holds a BA in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
