CTI Towers is one of the nation’s largest private tower companies. Founded in 2011 with an investment from Comcast Ventures, CTI Towers grew its portfolio to 300 towers before divesting assets in March 2015. Since then, CTI Towers has grown its portfolio to 1,100 owned or managed towers throughout the United States. CTI Towers has acquired towers from many of the largest cable television operators, smaller operators and other private owners to attain its growth. CTI Towers works closely with its cable partners to ensure the primary business of the cable operator is protected while serving its wireless customers.
Harmoni Towers, a portfolio company of Palistar, owns, operates, and builds mission-critical communications infrastructure. One of the largest “built-to-suit” tower operators in the United States, the company focuses on the acquisition and construction of communication networks and works with customers in a wide variety of situations, including monetizing existing assets and new site development. Harmoni collaborates with wireless operators to deploy their networks and build assets while relieving them of the burden of raising investment capital.
Symphony Wireless, an affiliate of Palistar, acquires, manages, and leases tower, rooftop and non-traditional structure cell sites in metro, urban and suburban environments throughout the United States. Symphony Wireless partners with real estate owners to augment their revenue while optimizing administration and lease management.
