Dr. Jean Rogers

Dr. Jean Rogers as Senior Operating Advisor to our team to further strengthen and enhance our sustainability program. Dr. Rogers is a globally recognized leader in ESG integration, with extensive experience advising asset managers and investors on sustainable investment practices. Leveraging her expertise, we are advancing our readiness for upcoming reporting requirements under SASB, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

Previously, Dr. Rogers served as Global Head of ESG at Blackstone, where she guided private equity and credit investments to align with climate and sustainability priorities and helped deploy over $12 billion into energy transition and climate solutions globally.

Previously, Dr. Rogers founded the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), serving in leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer (2011–2017) and Chair of the Standards Board (2017–2018). She was named one of Barron’s Top 20 Influencers of Sustainable Investing in 2018 and is a 2018 INSEAD Society of Progress Medal Laureate. Dr. Rogers has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today (2015–2017).

Dr. Rogers holds an undergraduate and master’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Manhattan College, and a PhD in environmental engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She is a registered Professional Engineer in California and a former Loeb Fellow at Harvard University.
