Joshua Oboler, CFA

Joshua Oboler is an Investment Partner for Palistar Capital. Mr. Oboler has 15 years of experience in finance as an equity and credit investor and investment banker.

Mr. Oboler is a specialist in the TMT and communications infrastructure sectors, having worked in depth on a variety of transactions in macro towers, communications easements, fiber, data centers, spectrum, wireless, wireline, cable, satellites, media rights (film, music, publishing) and technology.

Mr. Oboler’s previous roles to Palistar include advisor at UBS Investment Bank’s TMT group where he focused on M&A advisory, debt and equity capital markets transactions with both U.S. and international clients. Mr. Oboler began his career working for Rabobank International in New York and Amsterdam, including M&A advisory, structured finance, credit risk management and leveraged finance.

Mr. Oboler is currently a director of Zubie, a Melody credit fund portfolio company.

Mr. Oboler holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Business from Brandeis University. Mr. Oboler is a CFA® charterholder.
