Lauren Lustig

Lauren Lustig is the Director of Human Resources for Palistar.  She has more than 15 years of global experience throughout her career and has been a strategic advisor and business partner in the asset management, mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, financial technology and luxury retail sectors.

Prior to joining Palistar, Lauren was the Head of Human Resources – Americas – at Efront, and a Global HR Business Partner in Alternative Investments at BlackRock, which acquired Efront. At BlackRock, she was part of the Steering Committee which led the integration of the two companies.

Previously, Lauren served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Investment Banking at Jefferies.  At Jefferies, she led HR for 1,300 investment bankers in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America and acted as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO and COO of the division.

She began her career with roles as a Human Capital Business Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers – where she supported mergers and acquisitions – and as a Training and Development Associate at Bloomingdale’s after completing its executive development program.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from George Mason University School of Management.
