Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee is a Vice President at Palistar Capital. Mr. Lee has over 10 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.

Prior to joining Palistar, Mr. Lee was at HGGC, a middle market private equity firm based in Palo Alto. While at HGGC, Mr. Lee focused on investment execution and portfolio company management in the software, business services and financial services sectors. 

Prior to HGGC, Mr. Lee was a part of Morgan Stanley’s media & communications investment banking team.

Mr. Lee graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration.
